Changed your mind?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. The item needs to be unused, in its original condition and packaging.
How to send it back
- Email us at tovena.shop@outlook.com with your order number
- We will reply with the return address and simple instructions
- Pop it in the post and let us know it is on the way
When the money lands
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we process the refund within 7-14 business days. It goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a couple of extra days to show up.
Damaged or wrong item?
If something turns up damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days and send a quick photo. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay to return it.
